Yeah, I love my little vacuum. Pricey little sucker (hahaha). But it’s been worth every dime.

Thank you SO much for coming over today. The house looks fabulous. You’re da bestest.

  3. WOW! I want to TOUCH it now, too!!!

It’s absolutely gorgeous. You are so talented, and that is a piece of art…the work of a lifetime!

    It’s only 40″x53″ — an art quilt. Not a sleeping-under-it kind of quilt. 🙂

Metallic threads are kinda of scratchy, as you can imagine. The bedquilt I’ve made (and the one in line to be quilted) was made with 100% cotton threads. Very comfy, and washable, too.

But yeah, this one has so much crap on it it’s pretty heavy.

  5. It’s gorgeous! I showed it to Jeff. He immediately asked “is it a gay pride theme?” He was serious. I laugh. Beautiful, E.

LOL. If he means “gay” like “happy,” then yes. Yes it is. I’m proud to be happy.

Mostly I’m just proud to have actually finished the damn thing. Woowoo.
