Helen’s First Day of First Grade

Helen was so excited this morning that she couldn’t eat breakfast. She did have half a glass of milk and one bite of toast… And I know they’re having Ritz Bits sandwiches at snacktime. She’s going to be half-starved when I go get her at 2:30.

Alice’s first day of school is Monday of next week. She’s very excited to be my assistant for the rest of this week, though she’s already asked if we can go get Helen yet.
