Like her mother and her uncle before here, Helen joins the ranks of little kids that have trouble with up-close work because her eye development hasn’t caught up with her brain yet.

She got to choose whatever glasses she wanted, as long as she promises to wear them. She was quite annoyed that she didn’t get to take them home today. They said “a week” but I’ve never had my glasses take that long, so I hope we’ll have them Friday.
